COURSE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Talking Heads provides training services including Open Courses and Bespoke Programmes. Training is delivered at venues across the UK by active practitioners.

BOOKINGS

Before booking please ensure the course is relevant to your training needs. Course content is available on the website or for more information please email lisanderson@talkingheadsuk.co.uk

To book a place on the course please complete the online enquiry form (where payment can also be made to confirm the booking) or email hello@talkingheadsuk.co.uk

Upon receipt of your booking (payment via PayPal online OR an email request) your places will be confirmed in writing via email.

NOTE: Once a booking has been confirmed by Talking Heads & an invoice has been raised, this will be deemed as confirmation of booking.

INVOICING & PAYMENT

Course fees are payable upon booking

Payment can be made via PayPal OR via invoice arrangement (at Talking Heads’ discretion)

Purchase orders will be accepted at the time of booking. If Purchase Orders are required to process invoices, then details must be provided at the time of booking

Once a booking has been accepted and confirmed & the invoice has been raised, this will be treated as a confirmed booking and subject to our cancellation policy. Invoices sent via email or post to the name & address provided by the persons booking a course shall be payable within 14 days of the invoice.

Payments must be made in pounds Sterling by cheque or BACS. Full details are supplied on Talking Heads invoices.

COURSE ATTENDANCE

Delegates will receive joining instructions via the email address they provided. Talking Heads aims to send this at least four working days before the course.

It is the responsibility of the delegate to contact Talking Heads on hello@talkingheadsuk.co.uk if joining instructions are not received.

If delegates do not attend the course, this will result in the full cost being incurred. Talking Heads is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses for delegates who fail to attend sessions.

Full course notes will be provided via email following the course. Talking Heads aims to send out not later than 72 hrs after the course.

It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of Talking Heads, to change the timing, date, venue or trainer.

Course notes and presentation slides are only to be used for the delegate’s own business purposes and not be reproduced, transmitted or copied.

Talking Heads will make every effort to ensure that the training takes place on the proposed dates, times & venue as agreed. It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of Talking Heads, to change the timing, date, venue or trainer & notice shall be given as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS

If a delegate wishes to cancel any training, Talking Heads will apply the following cancellation process:

  • All requests for transfers and cancellations must be made in writing Charges will become effective on the date a written confirmation is issued by Talking Heads. Charges will include:
  • Less than six weeks before the course – 100% of the course fees, plus VAT will applicable.
  • More than six weeks before the course – 50% of the course fees, plus VAT, will be refunded.
  • Delegate replacement – if a confirmed delegate is able to find a replacement delegate to take their place then Talking Heads will accept the replacement. Payment for the course must be agreed between the booking delegate & the replacement delegate

OUR TRAINERS

Talking Heads works with experienced, active practitioners.

Trainers are not employees of Talking Heads & therefore trainers do not necessarily represent the views & opinions of Talking Heads.

Talking Heads accepts no liability for any acts or omissions of the trainers, or the statements they make or information that they provide.
